This space is for strong self aware women, moving through deep transformation in their lives, who are ready to embody more self trust and to move with more confidence in alignment with who they have always been.

For decades, I have been a guide and student of transformation through art and pain, which has been an amazing teacher. But, I outgrew the lessons and it was time to move in the direction of my souls work.

I will continue to support those navigating transformation, but the medium is changing. It is about softening without loosing strength, letting go of self held limitations and learning to trust the body’s wisdom—
